HOWEVER, if you are seeking online advice please complete and submit one of our secure online Advice Enquiry Forms (e-forms). Only submissions via the special e-forms on our website are private and secure.
You can upload an attachment if you wish. If you are happy for us to respond to your e-form submission by email, please ensure you give us an email address. To ensure complete security and confidentiality your e-form submission does not provide this information to us automatically.
If you can provide us with the topic area, a little background and an idea of the sort of advice and information you’d like us to provide, this will save time.
We aim to respond to your email request within 5 working days. If you visit an office in the meantime please let the staff know you have also emailed in, to avoid duplication of effort.

NOTE April 2018 – March 2019 – If you’re a Carer in Suffolk, or even temporarily caring for someone who is ill or in hospital, and need advice on any topic we may be able to offer an appointment. Please mention this on the e-form.
