As well as local routes, there are buses to the town center bus station from Great Yarmouth, Beccles, Bungay, Halesworth, Southwold and Norwich.
By train
Lowestoft train station is within 10 minutes walk of the bureau. The station links Lowestoft to Ipswich and Norwich.
By car
There are several car-parks within 5 minutes walk of the bureau in Clapham Road, Battery Green Road and The Britten Centre.

The Beccles office is situated on New Market in the town centre opposite Durrants Estate Agents, about 100m south from St Michael’s Church.

Beccles train station is within 10 minutes walk of the bureau. The station links Beccles to Lowestoft and Ipswich.

The Halesworth office is based at the Halesworth Volunteer Centre. It is on the corner of London Road and Saxons Way, next to Rainbow Supermarket. The service will continue to operate out of the Waveney Local Office although it is no longer used by Waveney District Council.

All bus routes that serve Halesworth are convenient, with the stops in Saxons Way.
By train
The train station is within 15 minutes walk of the bureau with links to Beccles, Lowestoft and Ipswich.
By car
There is car-parking in the town centre, about 5 minutes walking distance. This includes two hours free at Market Place, and one hour free at Thoroughfare. There is a Pay & Display car park by The Angel Inn, about 3 minutes walk away.
