The Services Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of a specialist sexual violence service, delivered by and for women and girls. She will provide operational management of frontline services at SRC, providing leadership and expertise to a team delivering their specialist roles. The Services Manager will lead both the counselling team and outreach service and will work collaboratively with the Director to ensure high-quality support to diverse women and girls throughout Suffolk. She will have strong experience in leading remote teams and delivering therapeutic and practical support services. SRC provides high-quality face-to-face and online support and the service Manager will continue to build and develop these life-changing and life-saving services.
Online Outreach worker, full–time (1 Year fixed term contract – this may be extended dependent on funding), £25,704 pro rata
Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds offices and/or homeworking
The Online Outreach worker is an exciting opportunity to join SRC’s outreach team, providing emotional and practical support to women survivors across Suffolk. This post, initially for 12 months, will support the expansion of the service and will work to develop the team’s online support platforms and services. With an excellent understanding of delivering online services, engaging audiences on social media and the needs of diverse survivors, the Online Outreach Worker will provide life-changing and life-saving support to women across Suffolk when they need it most.
An enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) certificate will be required for these roles.
