Contact / Visit Us (Offices, Online, Outreach)

Access to advice is vitally important and key to our service. We have a number of office locations in North East Suffolk and Outreach locations at convenient places around Waveney and the rest of the district. We also have a single email address that’s a good first point of contact when phones are busy. This is;

bureau@nescab.cabnet.org.uk

As a charity our free, impartial services are available to anyone and you may visit any of our locations, including any of our outreach locations, even the Children’s Centres, no matter where you live.

All bus and rail timetables can be found online here.

Before you contact us for advice, you may like to look at our Advice Pages or refer to the comprehensive Citizens Advice Advice Guide website that provide a wealth of information that may help you straight away.

If you have a particular issue to discuss, please refer to our What to bring when you visit a bureau (pdf) guide to save time when you visit.
